Step 1: Sign up from the following banner.

This will be the email address you use when filling out offers, because the offers will cause a lot of spam.
Step 3: download Roboform. Roboform is a way to program your information into a click of a button so filling out survey's is fast and easy. You just have to press 1 button and all your information will automatically be filled into the correct space (ex. name, address)
Step 4: VERY IMPORTANT: AFTER EVERY OFFER YOU MUST CLEAR COOKIES/CACHE.
In firefox you just have to go to tools-->options--->privacy-->settings (click the checkmark on everything except "offline website data and saved passwords")
After you set that up you can just click tools-->clear private data
